this is no more the company they are advertising. No planned work. Management have no vision lower management is clue less. It like working on day to day basis. today you have work tomorrow you dont. No FNF for left employee. Even a vague commitment is missing from management. Only excuses. Most of people left due to lack of vision of upper management. They fired a bunch of people ruthlessly without even FNF for months. So it is risky to join if you are not needed you may get fired any day, without any pay. Classic one was firing on pay day, end of month. Guess they get free working days of poor employee.
