      Pros

      Pay is ok, not bad, not great. Mgmt team is improving, work life balance solid.

      Cons

      Constant movement of directors and above creates ripple effect to teams and initiatives, seems to be a lot of internal political posturing. Sales teams constantly churning, poor customer experience for teammates and customers.

      Pros

      Super friendly team and staff. I have even connected with interns outside of my position and made great friends from this internship. You get to participate in numerous events and listen to guest speakers. Highly recommend this internship program!

      Cons

      My position was remote. While being at home is a plus, it can be challenging to connect with your manager or mentor since they have their own busy schedules.

      Remote-ish, which I love if I go out of state I don’t have to take time off. Management is outstanding.

      The promotion road map is confusing and typically not brought up unless you ask
