      Pros

      If your current Management strean supports you, you could have a great work/life balance. Benefits aren't the worst around. Good people within the company trying to make the company better with great ideas.

      Cons

      Management doesn't share information so you could be left in the dark about a major decision for 2-3 months at a time. Salary cuts during EMBARQ acquisition deos not sit well with legacy EMBARQ associates. Too many acquisitions at one time. Aquisition of Qwest has begun and integration from EMBARQ aquisition is not 50% complete yet. The culture is not one of autonomy.

      Pros

      work life balance, excellent time off so long as manager doesn’t micromanage/track and limit FTO, nice people, leadership has turned the business around.

      Cons

      No pay raises even with great performance review (5years with zero raise) No career growth/progression - been on a high-performing team for 5 years and not one person on the team has been progressed or promoted during that time. Little opportunity for career advancement and growth New jobs within the company are going to external hires, not much grwoth for current employees
