      Great if you live in Monroe, LA

      Cons

      "Guiding Principles", like a lot of companies, are posted everywhere, but they are not really followed. "Faith" in management is not a principle, it is a cult. Acquisitions are based on picking weak companies, and executive decisions are very haphazard. Morale is as low as I have ever seen it at a company.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
