Pros
When I first started there was lots of talent in IT, and lots of people to mentor and learn from. There's no one good left though now.
Cons
Working at CTL will have you in constant fear of layoffs. Throughout my entire time there, there were layoffs every few months. Senior management is more concerned with lining their pockets than helping employees. They cut bonuses, lay people off, while getting a billion dollar tax break and paying outgoing CEO a 3 mil bonus and incoming CEO a 6 mil bonus. Also they pay less than industry average. I just found out I'm making about 15k less than someone with my experience and education.
