      Pros

      great pay, benefits, vacation, freedom in my work schedule to make my own decisions. First level management seems to "get it" most of the time.

      Cons

      work in all kinds of weather and customer premises (don't watch Hoarders!) Sr Management is non-existant or so out of touch with reality it sometimes hard to believe

      Good benefits with remote work

      Cons

      Super unstable, coworkers getting laid off with no notice. Outsourcing jobs to India. The remaining employees expected to pick up the extra work.
