      Pros

      The Broomfield campus is geographically perfect, but our HR floor has been a ghost town for years.

      Cons

      The only reason why Lumen scores increased is because they terminate anyone who doesn't respond in positive fashion to their bogus employee engagement surveys. HR leadership is dishonest and lack integrity

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
