      I love my talent acquisition team at CenturyLink! Everyone works together to get it done. I love hearing potential employees who are interested in CenturyLink say all of the good employee reviews they've read. My hope is that we will have more positive attention to let people see that CenturyLink is a great company to be a part of. Much more to come!

      Pros

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
