7yThank you for sharing your opinion of Lumentum with others. Lumentum is constantly looking for ways to address work life balance in a growing, demanding & thriving global work environment. One of the benefit that we see more and more companies are implementing which decades ago was unthinkable is a Discretionary Time Off (DTO) program which we believe gives employees more flexibility to manage their time. It is a prime example of a program that enables empowerment where employees and managers are working together to foster work-life balance. Of course, like all other time off programs, the employee and their manager need to work together to ensure that both business needs and personal needs are met.
