      Cons

      When you hear about media & entertainment industry horror stories, Luminate is exactly that type of toxic work environment. Cliquey, unprofessional, and terribly mismanaged. There's a reason such a 'reputable' brand churns through employees.

      Cons

      * Every org has growing pains, including Luminate * With colleagues from California to Singapore, time zones are a practical issue for coordination and meetings
