Hard work is recognized and can see employees with 10+ years of experience at good position. Management are always care about the employees with Empathy. Good Team work. Flexible policies, Supportive Manager and Management. In this Covid situation also, there is no lay off or any salary cut and they provided on time salary, i.e., there is no delay in the salary – it is an added advantage. I couldn’t find any uncertainty with this company in this tough time. Company supports a lot to work through the Remote. I am happy to be a part of Jouve Family.
