Cons
Terrible working environment if you happen to work on the top floor, completely uninsulated building so freezing in winter and boiling in summer, even had to live with a large hole in the roof for months. Totally unsupportive management who either work people to death or make people redundant for seemingly no reason other than it being convenient for them. You will have promises made to you on behalf of management that get regularly broken resulting in you having to deal with understandably unhappy customers. No point trying to work hard for a bonus as it was revealed that everyone was given a blanket score by management, for whom it must have been too taxing to actually review staff performance. Zero room for growth as they no longer hire internally. In short hard work, deep product knowledge and loyalty not rewarded and not a comfortable place to work for half of the year.
