Pros

Friendly colleagues though most leave within a few months

Cons

Management is inexperienced and lacks basic PR knowledge. There is no media strategy, no relationships, and no crisis management skills. Campaigns rely on paying influencers with no structure, planning, or original ideas. Work quality is low with writing and ideas generated by AI even for simple tasks. Clients leave often, and so do staff. Most people last only a few months. Hard work only counts if it looks like effort. Time online matters more than actual results. The culture is toxic. Gossip, insecurity, and micromanagement are the norm.

Pros

You’ll quickly learn red flags to avoid in future employers.

Cons

Leadership (including the CEO) feels out of their depth — decisions are random, short-sighted, and often make problems worse. Account directors and staff are mostly very young, with little actual PR experience. Lots of “fake it till you make it” energy… without the “make it” part. Imposter syndrome runs the show, which means clients (and employees) end up paying the price. The company talks big but operates like a low-budget scam. Horrible Pay
