Is this your company?

Pros

Pleasant HR. Everyone was pretty nice to me.

Cons

There were some days when I had 5 hours of meetings interspersed throughout the day. I know the CEO has commented on some of the posts and said that employees work between 40-50 billable hours a week. The keyword is BILLABLE. That's what the company can charge the client. With meetings upon meetings your weekly hours can easily creep up to 60+. That wouldn't necessarily be bad if you were compensated well. When I divided my salary by my hours worked, I would've made more at target. They also do this thing where they make you feel like you're part of a prestigious organization so that you don't question the negatives of the company. They kept telling me that there were a lot of employees that came from East-Coast-Schools. They never said which schools so I can assume they weren't prestigious.

Pros

- Fully Remote available, quality laptops provided, decent remote culture - BIG name clients for a smaller agency, makes for really diverse book of business on accounts, and typically larger budgets to work with WITHOUT the hassle of a larger agency and process slowing down optimizations - Amazing coworkers and compassionate leaders; everyone here really is brilliant at what they do - Tech Stack buildout; the leadership has made huge pushes to automate the boring parts of the job, bringing in proprietary tools developed on-house to make day to day easier. The tools are (mostly) very helpful.

Cons

- Understaffed. This is a WIP and a high-priority issue for leadership right now, but takes time. Because of this, at present bandwidth can be really tight for some teams, making for a poorer work-life balance depending on your client roster - Lack of formal internal upskilling; most trainings are related to the agency’s capes and tech stack, not employee-level skilling. You learn a LOT on the job, but if prefer to learn in a more classroom-environment with structured presentations, they can be hit or miss here.
