Pros
Majority of people are nice. Relaxed atmosphere. Company has done well hiring making sure there are no people who could cause hostility to others. Good place to experience working on classic cars. Company has excellent ambition/vision, but the execution is unfortunately not ideal.
Cons
Company lacks structure and is a shambles in delivering objectives with unrealistic expectations. Poor pay - wants the best people but gives little back: this company has taken advantage of the pandemic situation. At times, management looks down on technicians. Management is out of touch with the company aims and some lack technical knowledge of electrification of vehicles and respective execution and targets, possibly because being older generation. Unfortunately, this company is trying to build with little cost as possible, which is sacrificing quality. This may be a consequence later when vehicles are sold.
