      - I have witnessed bullying and sexual harassment that has been covered up by management and the legal team - Impossible high amount of transformation workstreams leading to nothing - high-pressure, low-diversity climate - 60% turnover in 2 years in average

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
