      The company conducts cutting edge neuroscience research to find therapeutics for diseases like AD, PD, and depression. Good facilities and talented people. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes instrumentation is not kept up to date, which can lead to deficits in technology. Parent company is in Denmark, which sometimes makes communication with colleagues difficult.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
