Pros
The culture was the biggest draw to the company prior to the senior leadership changes. Currently, the culture is big pharma and all of the old Lundbeck culture has been driven out with metrics and administrative tasks
Cons
Lack of communication with a very tenured team of sales specialists. No pipeline with current pipeline losing approval. Too many meetings that do not create change. Dwindling budgets and narrowing territories with too much overlap.
