      I love my job and the roles I am responsible for. My co-workers are knowledgeable and there is never drama between us. I enjoy working for Lundbeck and there is a lot of benefits I receive now that I didn't receive with other prior companies.

      Cons

      Bonus are average compared to other Pharmaceutical companies.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
