      - Some nice people to work with - Copenhagen is a pleasant city to visit - Some long-serving executives in the subsidiaries

      Cons

      - Danish appears to be the working language. If you know it, you are with them. If not, God help you! - Culture of senior managers visiting markets and seldom calling on key opinon leaders - "Small country with monarchy" mentality comes through in business dealings too - Med/Clinical SVP & CFO run the company. Make sure you are in their good books. If not you are yesterday's number! - Highly protective culture biased towards Danes - Far from being an international company, let alone global

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
