      Great collegues and the company do alot to motivate their employees with social activites, Good salary packages and Management are also doing great.

      Cons

      Project execution can sometime be difficualt because the use of so many externals. They can have hard time to keep their key employees because of the seize of the company.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
