Pros

Work life balance is a huge priority here! Yes, you will work hard, but you will play hard too. I don't think you'll easily find a better work environment elsewhere.

Cons

Company performance (and compensation) is still largely dependent on crypto market sentiment. This is much less the case than it was 5 years ago, but still an important factor to be aware of when making career decisions.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Work-life balance is something we’re very intentional about, so it’s great to know that’s being felt day to day. And you’re right, it’s a place where people do work hard, but there’s also space to enjoy the journey alongside it. The point on market dependency is fair and something anyone in crypto should be mindful of. It’s also something the industry as a whole continues to evolve away from, and we’re no different in working to build more stability over time. Thank you for your continued contribution to the team.

Pros

- Huge top-down focus on culture and People topics: trusting in employees and empowering them, making people the best possl - The vast majority of people here are above average smart and kind - One of the most exciting companies to work for with massive transformative purpose and enormous ambitions (1 billion customers by 2030) - In the US, it feels like a once in a lifetime opportunity to join as one of the early employees and be part of making history

Cons

- scaling challenges with internal coordination, planning and decision making across offices and regions around the world - the business and organization here in the US is completely new, so a lot of things will take a while to work smoothly and you have to be ok with that - scaling the team fast enough for our ambitions - some people don't like that the culture can be "too nice" at times
