Pros
It's a "open-door" company. The acess to the high level manegement it's easy and free. There's a huge amount of things to be done, which means tha's impossible to get bored. The Legal Staff is very good and they keep really good working atmosphere, despite the economic situation of the company and the company's mood in general. There is good communication between areas and departments. Personnel from other bases, especially in the Northeast, is always willing to help.
Cons
There is no incentive for education or training employees. There are a lot of people employed in activities for which they are not prepared . Improvisation ( the bad kind) is common . Although the "open door" politics is a real value of the company , the board suffers from severe lack of communication with the operating staff, specially. Because of that, there's so much speculation and the work atmosphere becames worst. At first , though the benefits were not the best in the market, the salary was in the average practiced of the same size companies. More recently, wages have suffered considerable demotion and employees with higher earnings has been replaced by others.
