      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, great dental, medical and PTO.

      Cons

      Lot’s of promises to move up or change shifts and long hours without pay. Lots of stress. Others didn’t do their share so you had to take up the slack without any appreciation. Huge company layoffs every couple of years.

      Pros

      To be fair, I founded the company so my review is biased but our biggest PRO is ambition, growth and opportunity. We’re not a startup but with startup culture! It’s definitely not for everyone but for the right person, this is an amazing place to grow!

      Cons

      Given the startup culture, we don’t believe in a lot of red tape. We tend to move fast and that can be slightly challenging at times. That’s why I repeat that anyone working with us has to love that startup culture.

      They didn't give a pay raise but that learnings I got was worth more than that.
