Teaching is my profession, also LWF is a good organization with policies and staffs orientation.

Refugee were considered most, low pay was the factor, the organization don't listen to the right of workers, no proper communication between management and staffs, orientation just come after a while.

I found my colleagues and supervisors to be professional and passionate about their work. The office environments in both the main office and the field/project offices were supportive and warm.

Like all relief and development organizations, the LWF can sometimes get bogged down in bureaucracy and inefficiencies, but I always felt that management was committed to taking actions to address these issues.
