      Pros

      If you want a week-on-week-off, probably its a pro for you. Otherwise, not much, really.

      Cons

      Long hours, poor pay, pushy team leaders and supervisors, nobody acknowledges your achievements at the company and a certain degree of racism.

      Working conditions. Pressure created by bad management. Management don't listen to highly experienced staff.

      Pros

      Good salary for a per-hour payed work. Dutch language is not a must. Can apply without experience in the field.

      Cons

      No growing opportunities. Your contract will stay in agency, there's not a path to company's contract. Quite old equipment usually makes your tasks harder.
