Pros
Easy to learn scanning system with iPads, My particular workforce were great to work with as were able to complete scanning tasks and assist customers efficiently.
Cons
at time unorganized and too fast paced dealing with mail carriers and package receivers (AKA residents or customers) At times scanning iPad system would crash resulting in customers getting no to simply incorrect emails upon package delivery. When customers had trouble locating packages or they thought they had all their packages but they didn't, the scanning system didn't have a history of codes/emails sent to them to quickly verify. Most of the time, myself and other employees would have to check the customer's spam or deleted e-mails.
