Pros
I spent almost 2 years in knowtions from intern to a junior level role. At the first beginning, we are a small team and we have daily standup everyday. it was a little stressful at the beginning as we needed to summarize what we want to talk. Also, my poor english is one of reasons. But after I got used to it, I like it. It seems that we made progress every day. All senior people are very nice. They tried to push you to achieve something with on-time support. I will always remember the scenes that I took a chair and came close to them: hey, can I ask you a question, blaaa.
I came here with other intern. We always taught each other and even be mad at other. Eventually, we became good friends. So you know, the working atmosphere is very good here,
Our boss are very smart, nice. Just liek your friends.
