- You are just a number more then anywhere on the Houston Ship Channel. There is a reason Lyondellbasell Channelview pays as high as they do. And it’s not because of the company they are. - Absolutely NO opportunity for advancement unless you are one of the boys. - No diversity or inclusion at all they may make folks think they do by their bs slogans and things on their website. Hasn’t been a man of color promoted in years out there. - The list goes on and on and on this place needs the union to be part of this site more then any company on the channel.
