Pros
Some of the non-wall office staff are good people
Cons
This company has all of it's top accounts experiencing significant attrition and everyone acts like it's fine. Senior/VP Titles get created for little reason and few of them are from within the breadth of workers inside of the company.
The company culture is deeply flawed: key individuals frequently arrive late to meetings, disrupt discussions with personal tangents, leave early, and reschedule at the last minute. There is a clear disregard for others' time and effort. Management displays a condescending attitude towards regular staff, leading to a toxic work environment. Over 15 senior sales staff and several C-Suite executives have departed due to management changes, and internal promotions are rare unless you’re part of an exclusive inner circle. The company is plagued by outdated leadership, predominantly composed of men over 55, which has led to major shifts in management and the loss of long-tenured employees. It seems the private equity owners are preparing the company for sale, focusing on short-term financial appearances rather than genuine growth with customers.
