      - Great work environment - Flexible work hours/good work, life balance - CEO and ELT cares about their employees - constant updates on the status of the company and where it's going - It's great to work every day with colleagues who are very smart/bright and challenge you at your job -

      Good for short term job

      Cons

      Very bad and no future, all managers and supervisors may get layoffs any time without warning because they hired all uneducated managers so employees had no chance to stay long at Lyten.
