      1. Good place to learn emerging technologies. 2. An Engineer can expertise themselves in manifold technologies ranging from communication to instrumentation to coding. 3. An engineer self-learns the various technologies and develops a knack and interest to electronics and becomes technology savvy. 4. Quick to recognize the emerging trends of market. 5. Salary is regular within first week. 6. Leave benefits. 7. A small company where the employees treats each other as a family 8. A good place to work with dignity

      Cons

      1. No PF for some employees so no pension plan as of from the company. 2. No Medical benefits

      Pros

      A fantastic place to learn how to avoid running a business. Learn to steal ideas and prints. If you are a narcissist, then this is the place for you. Learn to bad mouth customers and former employees for at least 85% of your day.

      Cons

      Ethics, morals, and lack of professionalism. Fire people when they make a dollar. Inter-office relationships even though 75% is family members. Blame everyone else for things how they treat others. Bad mouth old employees even when the reason they fired them was their own fault. Never take responsibility for actions.

      Deducted salary created in time

      Cons

      They don't trust their people, it feels like jail, Salary deduction is common thing here. No flexibility. Very Toxic Environment
