Pros

Hourly, moderate work load, company truck and gas card for field staff, pretty good security systems and software

Cons

No overtime, I was told that I would normally work 50-60 hours a week which is honestly the time this job requires. Well after working here for a while I was told NO overtime and that I need to take care of everything in the 40 hours I’m on site. Im still working more then 40 hours and only getting paid for 40. Can someone say illegal?

Pros

The company offers great benefits, many new ones that I have never even heard of. For the most part, very understanding of working parents needing flexible schedules, which makes it a great place to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Especially in the summers and cruel winter months. The majority of employees are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Senior leadership is particularly strong — they are visible, forward-thinking, and set a positive tone for the organization. There are opportunities for advancement, sometimes you just need to put in the effort to find those. Senior leadership is easy to communicate with and will help you in advancing your career,

Cons

As with many large organizations, there can be some inconsistency in work ethic across teams. At times, this places additional responsibility on high-performing employees. Additionally, while many managers are effective and supportive, there are a few mid-level leaders whose communication or management style could benefit from further development.
