Pros
The office has a really nice space and design. You can also work with people across the country while collaborating with your team
Cons
• Lack of Effective Leadership: Management, at both local and global levels, fails to inspire or motivate teams. There is a tendency for leaders to delegate their own core responsibilities, demand excessive overtime, and subsequently take credit for their subordinates' work. • Serious Gaps in Leadership Training & Vetting: There is a clear need for comprehensive management and sensitivity training. In the past, a male employee exhibited uncontrolled aggression, which included physically kicking someone and directing verbal insults at a female employee, resulting in a physical bruise. This individual was subsequently promoted into a leadership role, raising questions about the company's vetting and promotion process. • Failure to Address Misconduct: The aforementioned incident was reportedly dismissed by leaders and was not formally addressed, indicating a deep failure in management's responsibility to provide a safe work environment. • Unfair Promotion System: The advancement structure appears to be based strictly on seniority rather than on merit or performance. This practice is highly demotivating and stifles the growth of talented employees who are otherwise qualified for promotion. • Toxic & Unprofessional Culture: The office environment is characterized by rampant gossip and a severe lack of accountability. There is a pattern of individuals fabricating stories to deflect blame. The culture tends to side with those who present themselves as victims, rather than addressing facts, which allows toxic behavior to go unchecked.
