Lot of ways you can sell staffing, onsite, from home, offshore. MRCC has well established offshore operation. Great recruitment, in difficult environment like today post covid they are doing well.

Need more marketing. I will like to see more social media activity.

The management is very friendly and aims to support it contractors.

The pay is pretty low on most projects, especially if you are not a fast worker. There are often quick turnarounds, but they can usually be negotiated.
