Colleagues: The team members in other departments can be great to work with and there are a few passionate employees who genuinely care about the success of the property. All reviews tend to highlight them, no thanks to management.
Cons
I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 15 years, and this company has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. The management is only concerned with their own image and making themselves look good to their peers, with zero regard for the well-being of employees. They have a habit of dismissing employees who voice concerns, and they routinely abuse their power to intimidate those who try to speak up.
The company is also notorious for overworking its employees across all departments without taking any proactive steps to address issues or improve the workplace. There’s a complete lack of leadership and initiative to solve problems, and as a result, the property suffers. I would not recommend working here unless you want to feel undervalued and overworked.
