      Amazing employees, teams, and leadership Wide variety of learning opportunities within multiple areas of CRE Great one-on-one mentorship that provides relative hands-on experience

      Cons

      *Personality Specific* It is still a smaller company, so the internship is more fluid and adaptable than a typical large corporate office who has a very stringent internship program/training regimen.
