      Provided training and placement in good companies. Managers are really nice people.

      Pros

      they have the most caring staff alive. they are not the typical staff. They are more like mentiors and coaches than bosses.

      Cons

      When the recession hit, they needed to lay people off. Unfortunatly i was one of those suckers who had to leave.
