      Pros

      great work environment, everything you need to do your job is provided and people are good co-workers

      Cons

      There are processes in place that look good on paper that don´t really work as they should - HR does their best and does a good job of making a fair family friendly workplace but not all supervisors play along. hopefully that´s changed

      Thanks for taking the time to review us and I'm sorry you felt we deserved the low rating. I'd love to know more details if you care to share them about your cons. Nothing is perfect but we do work hard to treat everyone fairly and train our supervisors to do the same.
