Pros
M33 Integrated has great values and an amazing culture. The people make this company. It is not a stuffy environment where you feel like a number. Anywhere from knowing the CEO personally to a number employee events, this company makes you feel like family.
Cons
With the quick growth of the company came a lot of confusion. There were some blurred lines title/position wise. There needs to be some more structure to ensure clients are receiving the best possible service.
The company also needs to adjust their compensation rates to become competitive in the market. There is a substantial difference between what M33 offers for a variety of positions versus their competitors.
