Pros
The staff, including management is really great and focused on your own development. I get along great with all of my coworkers, was promoted fairly quickly and there are really great bonus opportunities.
Cons
Any job in property management can be tough and Post is especially focused on customer service so you have to deal with a lot of people and make them happy even when they are being horrible. Working on the weekends is also rough.
