      Pros

      Leasing rallys are fun & There are some nice people but other than that there are not many pros to being employed by this company.

      Cons

      Low pay A lot of gossip around offices Very hard to get promoted within the company Part time employees basically get nothing as far as benefits or incentives Residents are constantly complaining about management Lots of favoritism
