Pros
The crew at this location is amazing, they are a small shop of about 7-8 workers and everyone gets along great. The office atmosphere is nice, 80% of the people who walk in here are really good down home people. I didn't have to actually "sale" people a paint job, I got to help them make an informative decision based on what they show and tell me about there vehicle.
Cons
This place lacked structure and organization. They expect you to stay organized and on top of all the paper work but they have no systems in place to guide you. If you want things done a certain way then you should implement systems that reflect that and train accordingly. The pay wasn't horrible but its definitely not great either, there are no benefits, you are paid as an independent contractor which means you have to 'PAY IN' when tax season rolls around. I got a lunch break every other day but theirs enough down time to where its not a huge issue but it still was an issue none the less. Your paid on a salary scale so you are technically not getting paid for the hours you work, I work between 46-52 hours a week and make $450.00 even, no matter what.
