My training received & experience gained allows me to "float" within the production warehouse. Being a quick learner, I have become quite efficient & enjoy the work.

It's slow, we used to work 50 hours a week, now we work 30, if lucky.

You could leave early when you finished loads for the day.

You had to stay late until you finished loads for the day.
