Pros
The vast majority of people within the company are great to work with. There is a real family like feeling to working at MAI.
Cons
Unfortunately management has a tendency to make short sighted decisions. The decisions often lead to the company seeming unprepared when it's own employees are unaware of the decisions communicated to dealerships.
