Executive management actively engages with staff and ensures that their needs are met. The company management thrives on being nice people and treats everyone respectfully. They refer to employees as team members and regularly tell the team how they appreciate the work we perform. The company hosted an annual holiday party with very nice gifts.

Top management is the best! They care about their contractors, are very attentive and responsive. I love that they check up on their contractors while on assignment and make them feel very comfortable.

Fewer opportunities for executive assistants, but they make every effort to market their experienced people for prospective opportunities.
