- Mental harassment - No professional behavior - Full of politics - For freshers, They will hire with 3 year of bond but the intended goal is 5 Years bond. First two years put you in QA and then third year they will offer you Development chance (Even we are not interested)and again asking for 2 more years of bond. If you say no, then you wont get hike for 3rd year and real colors of management will shown then. They will harass you like anything. So prepare for 5 year bond with no option. - For Experience, No career growth, No facilities(only oral at the time of joining), End of the carrier. - No work life balance - One Admin guy will take your desk attendance of employee at 9 AM every day.
