      Cons

      Leadership constant flip flop. US location dominated by parent company in UK. Lack of crucial product training. Company is run by the Grinch, don't celebrate any holidays.

      Product and employees are nice

      Cons

      CFO pressures employees to not take off of work and is not family oriented which is ironic because it's a family owned business that sells baby products.
