Beware- Major Budget Cuts and Lay Offs! - Anonymous employee MANTECH Employee Review

There are major budget cuts happening at this time. Many employees are being laid off without notice. The company’s interest has shifted over the last 5 years from caring about the employees to caring about their profits! They have also lost a lot of contracts which has resulted in RIFs .Many employees are being laid off. I would not recommend ManTech as a good place to work.
