There’s no real culture here — just contracts, politics, and a handful of favorites. “Culture fit” gets thrown around to justify decisions that are really about saving money or avoiding accountability. People work themselves into the ground doing three or four roles for one salary, with no recognition and no raise.
Leadership rewards loyalty with layoffs and excuses. Communication is reactive, never proactive — you find out what’s happening after it’s already happened. Promotions depend more on who likes you than on what you deliver. Morale has dropped so far that good people are leaving faster than they can be replaced.
And the results speak for themselves — no wonder they haven’t won anything significant in years. Instead of asking why, they blame “government shutdowns” and “budget constraints.” The truth is, when you stop valuing your people, you lose your edge.
